Cancellation/Refund Policy
Any Test Packages once purchased will not be cancelled or refunded.
Admission fee once paid will not be cancelled or refunded.
According to the Guidelines of the then District Collector, Sikar on 12 May, 2016, students who want to discontinue study at this institute may get refund strictly in accordance with the following rules:
- Refund of any amount if payable shall be refunded by cheque only after deducting the following amount + GST:
- Upto 7 Days: Deduction = Rs. 5,000 + GST
- Upto 14 Days: Deduction = Rs. 10,000 + GST
- Upto 21 Days: Deduction = Rs. 15,000 + GST
- Upto 30 Days: Deduction = 40% of total fees + GST
- Upto 60 Days: Deduction = 70% of total fees + GST
- After 90 days of admission, no amount will be refunded.
- If the Course fee is refunded in that case only parents of ward will be eligible to take the amount and the amount will be refunded through Cheque only.
- To receive refundable amount, the parents of ward should apply in written.
- Refund request through Email/Fax/Telephone/Mobile/SMS will not be entertained.
- In special case where any student gets admission in Govt. Medical/ Govt. Engineering college may get a refund of 50% of the amount deposited deducting GST on it even after 30 days on producing the following document:
- Copy of college seat allotment letter.
- Copy of fee receipt of college where admission taken.
- Original fee receipt of Gurukripa Career Institute.
- Student I-Card.
- Refund request will be processed for those students only, who will submit the refund request form available on our website.
- Original fee deposit receipt and all student cards must be attached with the refund request.
- For any legal dispute jurisdiction will be Sikar (Rajasthan) only.
- Note: No refund shall be provided to any student in case the student is rusticated from the Institute on disciplinary grounds.
Rules/Refund Policy of hostel fee
- Rules for refund of hostel fee:-
- From 0 to 5 days of taking admission - Deduction 500/- per day & GST if applicable
- 6 to 10 days after taking admission - Deduction 5000/- & GST if applicable
- From 11th to 20th day of taking admission - Deduct 10000/- & GST if applicable
- If the student leaves the hostel after 20 days of taking admission, he will have to pay one month's additional fee in addition to the amount due.
- Hostel fee will be taken in 3 installments.10,000 security deposit & 2 months hostel fee will have to be deposited while taking admission.
- Only those guardians will be allowed to meet the children in the hostel, who will have the card prescribed by the institute. No parent will be allowed to stay in the hostel.
- No child will be allowed to have devices like mobile phone and e-pad.Children should deposit their fees in the institute, do not give your fees to any employee like warden guard supervisor.
- In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction will be Sikar only.
- Leaving the hostel without permission is prohibited. If any student goes out without permission then the institute will not be responsible.
- I have carefully studied all the above rules and for violating any of these rules, the hostel manager reserves the right to expel me from the hostel without any notice.
